Progress on Kahendero Humanist Hall - April 19, 2017

Kahendero Humanist Hall is currently being roofed, an activity that will last for 2 days. The construction is funded by Karen Zelevinsky, one of our most generous supporters.

A section of builders are currently doing plastering works and one of the carpenters at Kasese Humanist Schools is busy working on the shutters.

Unlike in the past where i used metallic shutters, this time the windows will be wooden and the door will be metallic. The main reason for this variation is the size of windows are spacious enough to allow easy movement of air in and out and having it metallic costs a fortune.

The Humanist Hall will be multipurpose and will serve several roles and most of them brings together the community of Kahendero and the school.

Attached are some images of the ongoing works.

With Science, we can progress.
