Many of the children in rural Uganda only eat one meal a day (dinner).
They go to school without breakfast, they don’t get any lunch, and by afternoon classes they are so hungry that cannot concentrate or learn. Many also get Peptic Ulcer Disease—caused by acid eating the stomach lining because there isn’t sufficient food in their stomach.
Vision Care School children won’t have that problem for the next three months, because Bob Pellissier has donated sufficient funds to provide them all with a nutritious school lunch.
