Kanyenze Motorcycle Repair Project Funded by Bob Pellissier - $2,500

Kanyenze Humanist Primary School had an entrepreneurial project that it needed funding for - a motorcycle repair garage that it wanted to locate at the Kinyabiski Trading Centre.

The project was written by Loice Ngunguro and email-submitted to Bob Pellissier, a philanthropist and Board Member of the Brighter Brains Institute.

Bob read it over. He had a few questions. Loice answered the questions very well. Bob liked the proposal and he has agreed to fund to the amount of $2,500.

Funds generated by the motorcycle garage will be used to provide a lunch program to the 116 children enrolled at Kanyenze Primary Humanist School. Additional revenue will support the Kanyenze Humanist Clinic (that Rodney Saenz recently funded).

Bob’s funding money will be wired to Kanyenze’s bank account on Monday, September 26.

Congratulations!

Bob Pellissier has funded eight BBI’s clinics and numerous entrepreneurial projects in western Uganda. He is BBI’s Vice President of Economic Development, the CEO of RKI Instruments in Union City, California, and he enjoys riding motorcycles in his spare time.

A sign will be put up at the new business promoting it as “Pellissier Kanyenze Motorcycle Repair.”
