Hank Pellissier is a brain health writer, consultant, conference organizer, and humanitarian.

He authored the ebooks Brighter Brains: 225 ways to elevate and injure IQ and Why is the IQ of Ashkenazi Jews So High?, the NYTimes column “Local Intelligence”, and hundreds of articles for Salon.com, GreatSchools.org, and the Connecticut think tank Institute for Ethics and Emerging Technology.

He’s lectured at Harvard and other academies; he’s organized conferences in Washington DC, San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland, and San Jose on topics like “The Future of Emotional Health and Intelligence”; he offers a certification course on Brain Health and Social Policy.

Plus he’s the founder/director of the Brighter Brains Institute, a nonprofit that creates and supports secular schools, clinics and orphanages in Uganda.
