Food for Rays of Light Orphanage School provided by three BBI contributors

Posted: Fri, July 22, 2016 | By: Past Projects

Three generous donors have provided food for the children of Rays of Light Orphanage School.

Mike Perry, Greg Burnett, and Rodney Saenz donated funds to feed these children, who go to an overcrowded school on a hilltop in Kyarumba that is surrounded by banana fields.

Rays of Light Orphanage School is one of the “neediest” schools that BBI assists. The classrooms are all made of mud and branches, with very few windows - you can see how dark it is in the interior photos below. BBI plans to build them a brick classroom, as soon as funds can be raised.

Rays of Light also frequently petitions BBI for food money.

Thank you Mike, Greg, and Rodney, for your kindness to this orphanage school!
