Posted: Mon, September 12, 2016 | By: Garama Secondary Humanist School

Brighter Brains Institute is providing fistula surgeries to women in Uganda. The selection of women who need this, and arrangements with the surgeon, are carried out by Nadeya Stella, an administrator at Garama Secondary Humanist School.

Gorretti Yonganyaryo, age 58, is the most recent recipient of the fistula surgery operation. She has suffered from the affliction for 18 years.

BBI contributor purchased new clothes for her.

Below is a thank you letter from Nadeya Stella:

Hi Brighter Brains Institute

Find the attached thank you photos. Gorretti is very happy and thank you for tha donation, she is very Smart as you can see on the photo.

As Mitooma Women’s Dignity Foundation MIWODIF UGANDA and Garama Secondary Humanist School we are very pleased with the generous donation you have done in towards fistula treatment and in the lives of Gorretti.

She says she can’t believe this.

That she had gone to different churches for help but no body helped her from the children of God.

But here comes humanist who have helped her to get out of stinging life to better life.

long live humanist.

Best,

Stella
