De-worming pupils is a great requirement to keep check against intestinal parasites which may injure or feed on the blood of its host. It also affects the intellectual and thinking capacity of learners. At our schools we do mandatory de-worming exercises each term. Special thanks to the Pellissier Family, Davida Lecomte and this time our Government for giving a helping hand as we try to ensure our people are healthy.

A de worming exercise was carried on at the Bizoha School on Thursday courtesy of the Jane Shrimpton Clinic and the Muhokya Sub county Health committee in which Muhokya Primary school and the KHPS - Bizoha Campus benefited.

The School Medic was at the event and participated in the de-worming exercise where more than 160 pupils at the school got de worming tablets.

The parents of the school are so happy and do appreciate the care our schools continue to offer to attending to sick children and provision of medical drills to the pupils against major killer diseases and issues having to do with personal hygiene.

Attached are some of the pictures for children getting for themselves the tablets.
