I today hosted a volunteer from New York in the United States named Chai Tao Garcia. He is on a world tour visiting orphanages, schools and organizations which are creating change to the better worldwide.
He visited the School campus at Rukoki and was moved around the property by the School Founder & proprietor Bwambale Robert Musubaho.
He was escorted by a team from Garama Humanist Secondary School led by Cathy who coordinates projects for Mitooma women Dignity Foundation and their school project. I was so impressed and excited seeing a team from Garama visiting my projects.
Among the projects visited by Chai Garcia included the Rukoki Campus, The Bizoha Maize/Cassava Mill, Bizoha Campus - Muhokya, Bizoha Farmland, Andrea Vogt Roadside stand, Andrea Vogt Health Clinic, Bizoha Tractor, Kahendero Humanist School, Jane Shrimpton Clinic, Bizoha Humanist Center/Hostel, Bizoha Orphans Hostel, Safari Lodge site at Lyemibuza.
Mr Chai Garcia & the Garama visitors were so thankful for the good works and courageous efforts done by Kasese Humanist. I told them that the successes seen on ground is a combined effort by ourselves together with the fraternity i enjoy with people from secular communities worldwide. Most importantly i assured them that hard-work, trust, honesty, transparency and being accountable remains a great path to ones journey if there is a need for success.
On behalf of KHPS/BIZOHA, it was great fun and a learning experience hosting people from Garama and Chai Garcia.
Attached are some of the picture shots at different locations as we moved from one location to another.
