BBI has offered its new Critical Thinking workshop to a school in the Cameroon, called Nkimechi - Okem Primary School.
The school is located in Manyu Division, South West of Cameroon with 209 pupils.
This partnership was possible through a community base organization in Cameroon called Education for Sustainable and Rural Development Foundation (ESARDEF), with Mr. Etang Manyi Mbeng (M.Ed.) as the Executive Director. The Nkimechi - Okem Primary is the first school in Cameroon that BBI has partnered with.
They will present our Critical Thinking workshop to faculty members and either parents of students at the school, the students themselves, or graduates of the school.
The BBI Critical Thinking workbook that Okem Primary received was designed by Leo lgwe, a Nigerian humanist who has long been on BBI’s Board of Advisors.
BBI is very excited and happy to be partnered with Okem Primary school in this project.
Our Critical Thinking workbook has already been used, with wonderful results, by three Ugandan schools. An additional 4 Ugandan schools will be taking the workshop in the next two weeks.
