Brighter Brains Institute gives $100 to Wama Children of Uganda - mattresses for orphans

The Brighter Brains Institute gave $100 to Wama Children of Uganda,

The $100 was spent buying 2 mattresses for the children’s beds (see photo below).

Wama Children of Uganda is

“an independent, indigenous non-governmental organization which was started in 2008 by pastor Steven Hynes Kakuma to address the growing needs of orphans and widows due to the HIV/AIDS pandemic.Though it started as a community based organization, Wama Children of Uganda will soon be upgraded to a non governmental organization to better handle the anticipated future characterized by abject poverty and the unending spread of HIV/AIDS.

Wama children of Uganda has been a fully independent CBO/FBO since 2008 with the headquarters in Bugiri Town, about 2 hour drive from the capital (Kampala) Uganda. “
