Books donated to BiZoHa - thanks to generosity of Meredith Newman Debens

Posted: Mon, April 11, 2016 | By: BiZoHa Orphanage, School, Humanist Centre, Volunteer Hostel

A former librarian from Australia, Meredith Newman Debens - has donated a number of books to the students of Bizoha Orphanage Humanist School.

BiZoHa recently opened for it’s first school term, after funds were raised in the last 12 months to build nine classrooms, plus a dining room, kitchen, clinic, and housing for BiZoHa orphans.

The second-to-last item purchased was school furniture, fashioned onsite.

The final products to buy were BOOKS - dozens, hundreds of books, purchased through Scholastic by Meredith Newman Debens and dozens of other contributors.

Thank you for your help in educating these children.
