There is great progress reached on in regard to the ongoing works aimed at developing the BiZoHa site in our efforts to ensure the Muhokya and Kahendero Community attain chance to have a few of their orphans sheltered there, plus many school children can access a balanced education that is free from dogma and indoctrination.
One of the most thrilling and motivating acts is a recent donation from Doctor Bruce Chou, an anesthesiologist from California, who chipped $1,000 in funds to aid in building a classroom.
We at BiZoHa thank him in style and we have made a sign in his name that will be fixed on the classroom upon completion in the very few days ahead.
Dr. Bruce Chou, we thank you so much for the generous heart you have extended to our project!
The funds from Dr. Bruce Chou will build a very large classroom, easily capable of holding sixty students.
Dr. Bruce Chou’s sponsorship is an eye opener to all potential donors to give a hand in this project so that we realize our goals.
There is a lot to be done on this big expanse of land as we want to have a school, clinic, guest houses for volunteers/tourists, coffee shop, soccer field, farm lands, recreation hall, laboratory, road side kiosks, vocational skills workshops to mention but a few.
All proceeds earned in this project goes to boosting the welfare of Rwenzori Orphans.
The beneficiaries are orphans at Kasese Humanist Primary School, plus Muhokya and Kahendero orphans, plus the general public in and around those areas, plus other parts of the country.
On a related development, crops grown on the site are steadily growing, this seems to be a good season and we are optimistic the yields will be fine.
