Today morning i went together with the cooks at Bizoha Campus to pick some foods from the Bizoha Farmland. We got some cassava, mangoes, cabbages, sweet potatoes and banana leaves. We also managed to get a share to take to the KHPS Rukoki Campus in Nyamwamba Division, Kasese Municipality.
On a related note, yesterday we ploughed some untouched portion of the farmland for active farming. Our tractor did the work of preparing the land where we intend to put some more cassava, sweet potatoes and beans. The farmland supports the BiZoHa School/Muhokya/Kahendero & KHPS Rukoki.
We also assigned a portion of the land for rice and the crop is steadily growing.
Attached are some of the images of the farmland and a glimpse of some of the harvested crops.
