BBI sends funds for food to Kanungu Humanist School

Kanungu Humanist School recently joined Brighter Brains Institute’s consortium of humanist schools in western Uganda. Kanungu is the 9th humanist school we’e supporting, and the 6th we have “converted” in the last year.

Robert Magara - director of the school - approached BBI with his wish to transform the school into a humanist center of learning.

BBI sent $400 to Kanungu last week, from the David and Carol Thompson Fund. The money was used to create a new sign for the school, and to feed the children “posho” - corn porridge.
